Board member, General Manager: Adwoa Kuffuor runs GoodWorldGhana and manages SMILE. She also oversees the continuity of the daycare and handles the financial and administrative affairs. In April 2010 she finished an additional course in Daycare Management and First Aid given by the Ministry of Social Welfare in Kumasi.
Borad member, Property officer & Streetyouth vocational Trainer: Kwabena Mensah maintains the building and assists with any contruction work. He has technical experience working as a boilerhouse operator in Ivory Coast and finished a formal Daycare management training in 2010. He runs the vocational training of the Streetyouth project since August 2012 and holds a Firts Aid certificate.
Board member, public relations & legal requirements: Yao is our public relations contact for dutch affiliates and as board member responsible for budget oversight and the year reports for our legal requirements.
Kitchen: Josephine & Deliwah prepare food for the volunteers and daycare-children. Josephine already had cooking experience and was further trained by Adwoa Kufuor. She will go on Maternity leave from November 2012. Deliwah shall take over untill Josephine returns.
Night Guard & Driver: Position is open Joseph drives the schoolbus for the Daycare.
Tamarinde Daycare Teachers and attendants: Abigail, Kate, Jennifer and Emanuel run the daycare and pre-elementary groups.
